m. Operating Air Curtain.

(1) The air curtain provides a means to enter and exit the container when refrigerated while

minimizing the loss of refrigerated air from the interior of the container.

(2) To deploy the air curtain, grasp and slide the vertical vanes to the right, closing off the

opening to the container. Simply part the vanes when entering and exiting the container.

(3) Slide the air curtain fully to the left to move it completely out of the way when entering or

exiting with cargo.

2-18. Shutdown

a. Stopping the Unit.

(1) To stop the unit, place the START-STOP switch in position “O” (OFF).

(2) If the RU is not going to be used for several days, it must be pumped.
